Job Description
Position Objective:
This individual will serve a supporting role in a variety of Spartan’s business activities. They will report directly to the executive leadership team and be depended on to assist all team members in collectively performing excellent and efficient work.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and determining the value of potential investment properties
- Answering and converting phone calls received on the leasing phone into showing homes in the field to potential tenants.
- Collecting completed rental application and supporting documents.
- Working with Property Manager to get the applications approved or denied.
- Once approved, follow up with the tenant to let them know they can bring in a Security Deposit

Qualifications
Fitting the culture of Spartan is the upmost priority. Underneath that umbrella, the ideal candidate would have a professional background in below categories:
- Relational: Ability to professionally interact with all individuals in a variety of scenarios
- Highly Organized: successful track record in a task-oriented role of some sort
- Entrepreneurial spirt: experience within some form of high-stress environment
- Fierce: loves to accomplish and be a part of a growing team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Primarily Excel and Word) required
Education:
Bachelors degree is preferred.
Real estate license is not required, but will be necessary asap upon hire. Process will be led by Spartan leadership.
