FireSeeds ("we," "us") is a retained executive search firm located at 19 Inverness Center Pkwy #300, Birmingham, AL 35242. This policy describes what information we collect through fireseeds.com and how we use it.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Contact and inquiry forms: name, company, email, phone, role and industry details, and anything you write in a message field
• Candidate submissions: the above plus your resume, LinkedIn URL, and employment information
• Resource downloads: name, email, and company
• Newsletter signup: email address
• Information collected automatically: usage data via Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, referral source). GA4 uses cookies. We do not sell this data.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to inquiries and run executive searches
• To evaluate and represent candidates (with their knowledge) to client companies
• To deliver resources you request and, if you opt in, our email newsletter
• To understand how the site is used and improve it

Where Your Information Goes

We use trusted service providers to operate the site and our business: Salesforce (CRM), Beehiiv (email newsletter), Loxo (applicant tracking, for job applications), Google (analytics and calendar booking), and Vercel (website hosting). Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

For candidates: we share your information with a client company only in the course of an active search, and we represent you knowingly, you will not be submitted somewhere without a conversation first.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Email & Unsubscribing

Newsletter and resource emails include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email; it doesn't delete inquiry records needed for business operations.

Data Retention & Your Choices

We retain inquiry and candidate records as long as needed for legitimate business purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [PRIVACY EMAIL, designate one, e.g., privacy@fireseeds.com or office email].

Cookies

The site uses cookies for analytics (GA4) and basic site functionality. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Children

This site is for business audiences and not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
