You're Not a Resume to Us.
Most recruiters treat candidates as inventory, names to push toward whatever role pays the fee. We don't run that kind of shop, and you'll feel the difference in the first conversation.
When we reach out, it's because we've studied a specific role at a specific company and believe you might genuinely fit it. We'll tell you the truth about the opportunity, the good and the hard parts, because we represent you to the client as honestly as we represent the client to you. If the fit isn't right, we'd rather tell you than place you somewhere you won't thrive. Our mutual-fit standard runs in both directions, and that includes yours.
And when you're in a process with us, you'll know where you stand. No ghosting, no black holes, no six-week silences.
I have had the unique experience of being both hired through FireSeeds and going on to hire through FireSeeds. The experience on both ends was extremely professional. Capability gets you the interview. Character is what we're really evaluating: how you narrate your failures, whether the stories you tell match what your references say, and whether you've developed other leaders, not just managed teams.
