CLIENT SUMMARY
MinistrySafe is a faith-driven abuse prevention organization dedicated to protecting children and vulnerable individuals through training, background checks, and preventative systems designed specifically for churches, ministries, camps, schools, and child-serving organizations.
Founded approximately 20 years ago by attorneys Gregory Love (CEO) and Kimberlee Norris (Chief Legal Officer), MinistrySafe was created after representing victims of child abuse and recognizing the need for proactive prevention rather than reactive legal representation. Today, the organization serves more than 25,000 customers nationwide and continues to experience strong year-over-year growth.
The company’s primary services include abuse awareness training and comprehensive background checks, with a strong emphasis on education and prevention as the most effective tools for protecting children. While MinistrySafe primarily serves churches and ministry organizations, it also operates a secular-facing division called Abuse Prevention Systems (APS), serving schools, camps, nonprofits, and other child-serving entities.
The organization is deeply mission-driven, and highly relational in culture. Leadership values integrity, stewardship, strong communication, and entrepreneurial thinking.
