CLIENT SUMMARY
Red Rhino is a people-first home services company specializing in pool leak detection and repair. Founded in 2006, the company has grown to more than 340 employees and approximately $45 million in annual revenue, with operations throughout Florida and an expanding presence in Texas. Red Rhino is one of the largest pool leak detection companies in the country and continues to pursue thoughtful geographic and service-line growth.
Red Rhino’s identity is grounded in a clear purpose, mission, and vision. Its purpose is to magnify God’s glory by taking care of people and funding gospel ministry. Its mission is to WOW Partners and Customers by resolving their pool leaks with remarkable service. Its vision is to be America’s most loved and trusted pool leak company. Together, these commitments shape how Red Rhino cares for its employees, serves its customers and partners, and approaches growth.
The company’s Christian faith and founding story have deeply influenced its approach to business, leadership, and caring for people. Red Rhino’s core values of Excellence, Fun, Innovation, Family, and Character are evident in a culture that is hard-working, relational, welcoming, and fun. The organization seeks leaders who genuinely connect with these values and model them through the way they lead, serve, develop others, and make decisions.
As Red Rhino continues to grow and strengthen its leadership structure, the Territory Director has become one of the most influential roles in the organization. The West Palm Beach territory is one of Red Rhino’s larger markets and represents an opportunity for an experienced leader to step into a meaningful business challenge, strengthen the team and customer experience, build trusted business partnerships, and drive improved territory performance.
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Red Rhino is seeking a Territory Director to lead its West Palm Beach territory, with ownership of the team, culture, customer experience, business partnerships, recruiting, operations, and overall performance. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this leader will directly oversee two Service Managers and provide leadership for the broader branch team.
The Territory Director will lead through the Service Managers rather than managing around them, equipping and holding them accountable to effectively lead, train, and develop their teams. Operating with an ownership mindset, the Territory Director will strengthen leaders, build trusted relationships with customers and business partners, drive accountability, and ensure the territory consistently reflects Red Rhino’s high standards for people and service.
The incoming Territory Director will inherit defined performance gaps with a recovery plan already in motion. This is an opportunity for a leader who is energized by stepping into a territory with clear opportunities for improvement, building on the work already underway, and driving measurable progress.
Red Rhino will provide the technical training through a structured onboarding process that includes a six-month proficiency sign-off and Rollout Certification. The priority is finding a proven leader with the character, field presence, and experience to lead people well and build a healthy, high-performing territory.
